Welcome to House of Arts/Aditya Kumar/Aditya Kumar’s Services. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including artwork commissions, photography, purchasing or renting artwork, and prints (“Services”). By engaging with our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Services Offered

a. Artwork and Commissions:

• Artwork is created based on your preferences, including medium, size, and style.
• Reference images or descriptions provided by you will be used to guide the creative process.

b. Photography Services:

• Photography sessions are scheduled based on mutual agreement and availability.

c. Purchases and Rentals:

• Artworks are available for purchase or rent as specified on our platform or through direct communication.

d. Prints:

• High-quality prints of original artworks are offered in various sizes and formats.

2. Orders

a. Placing Orders:

• Orders can be placed through [website/email/social media].
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

b. Payment:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm artwork commissions or rentals.
• Full payment is required before delivery or shipping of completed works.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store your payment information.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

a. Artwork Commissions:

• Cancellations are accepted before the creative process begins. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Refunds are not available for completed artworks.

b. Purchases and Rentals:

• Purchased items are non-refundable unless damaged during delivery (see Section 6).
• Rental cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental period.

c. Prints:

• Refunds or replacements are available for defective or damaged prints.

4. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership:

• All rights to the original artworks and their reproductions remain with Aditya Kumar unless explicitly transferred.

b. Usage:

• Commissioned works may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without prior written consent.
• Photography and artwork shared online must include appropriate credit to Aditya Kumar.

5. Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs unless otherwise specified.

b. Delivery Times:

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location and service availability.

c. Damaged Items:

• If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photographic evidence for a replacement or resolution.

6. Client Responsibilities

a. Accurate Information:

• Provide accurate details for orders, including size, medium, and shipping address.

b. Communication:

• Timely responses are essential for smooth completion of commissioned work.

c. Artwork Care:

• Follow care instructions provided for the artwork to ensure longevity.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party service providers (e.g., shipping).
• Loss or damage due to improper handling or storage by the client.
• Slight variations in color or texture due to the nature of materials and digital displays.

8. PrivacyPolicy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you through other means.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of District Court SAS Nagar, Mohali Punjab. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in District Court SAS Nagar, Mohali Punjab.
