What it costs
Monthly rental is a percentage of the artwork’s retail value, so a small study costs less than a large canvas.

How it works
Terms
Minimum period — three months, then rolling monthly. Fourteen days’ notice to return or exchange.
Security deposit — one month’s rental, refundable on return of the work in the condition it was delivered.
Ownership — the artwork remains mine throughout the rental and is not to be moved to another address, lent, or resold.
Care — hang away from direct sunlight, damp and heat. Please don’t clean the surface. Tell me about any damage rather than attempting a repair.
Damage or loss — beyond normal wear, charged against the deposit up to the trade price of the piece. An optional damage waiver is available at ₹[___] per month.
Insurance — for commercial premises, please include the work in your general premises cover to its trade value.
Questions people ask
Can I rent several pieces?
Yes, and there is a 15% discount on four or more. Most office schemes take six to ten.
Can I swap pieces?
After the three-month minimum, as often as you like at no charge.
What if it doesn’t suit the room?
Tell me within the first two weeks and I’ll swap it. That is the entire point of renting.
Do you rent outside the tricity?
Yes, with delivery charged at actuals.
Are these originals?
Every piece is an original, signed. Nothing here is a print.
