Your payout is released 15 days after the buyer receives the work. That window is the period in which a buyer would raise a complaint, and it is what allows us to promise buyers a real gallery behind the sale.

Please note
If a buyer complains about quality, size or framing, we compare the complaint against what your listing stated. An accurate listing is your protection — which is the real reason we are strict about sizes and descriptions.
