- Pack for the journeyCorner protection, rigid outer box, moisture protection in the monsoon.
- Insure it fullyFor the full sale value, not the material cost.
- Send the detailsVideo, courier name, tracking number and photographs to artist@hoagallery.in before dispatch.
Why the video matters
If a parcel is damaged in transit, we take it up with the buyer and the shipping company. Without the packing video there is nothing to take up, and the loss usually lands on you.
