Only you. When a visitor presses “I’m interested” on your event and fills in the form, their name, email, phone, location and message go to you alone. Gallery admin sees the number of requests, never the details.
- Mark each request contacted or closed as you work through them.
- Export the whole list as a spreadsheet for your own records.
- A spam check protects the form, so you get real people rather than bots.
Please handle with care
These are people who trusted you with their number. Use their details for this event, keep them to yourself, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
