HOA Gallery is a contemporary art gallery based in Mohali, Punjab, representing artists from across India. We are building a platform that connects artists, art collectors, curators, and art enthusiasts through original artwork, creative collaborations, exhibitions, and online art sales.

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to help grow our online presence, promote artists and their artwork, generate leads, and build strong relationships with artists, curators, and customers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, art, digital platforms, and building a growing creative business.

What you would do

  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote HOA Gallery, its artists, artwork, and services.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential customers, art collectors, artists, curators, interior designers, and corporate clients.
  • Artist Outreach: Contact artists and art communities to encourage them to showcase and sell their artwork through Hoagallery.in.
  • Content Promotion: Promote artwork, artist profiles, exhibitions, events, blogs, and custom painting services.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries, follow up with potential customers, and help convert leads into sales.
  • SEO & Website Promotion: Support SEO activities, promote website pages, and improve the visibility of Hoagallery.in across search engines and digital channels.
  • Campaign Management: Assist with promotional campaigns, email marketing, WhatsApp outreach, and seasonal art promotions.
  • Market Research: Research competitors, art trends, target audiences, and new opportunities to expand our reach.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, and lead generation to identify areas for improvement.

What would help

  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, sales, lead generation, or customer relationship management.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Ability to research prospects, build contact lists, make follow-up calls, and maintain lead records.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or CRM platforms is an advantage.
  • A creative mindset, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • An interest in art, artists, exhibitions, interior design, or the creative industry would be a plus.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with a small, close-knit team.
