Third-Party Programs and Events — Terms & Conditions

By submitting a program or event for listing on the HOA Gallery website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Purpose of Event Listings

HOA Gallery may publish information about art exhibitions, workshops, cultural programs, competitions, festivals, and other relevant events organized by independent individuals, artists, galleries, institutions, organizations, or other third parties. These listings are provided for informational and promotional purposes only.

2. Third-Party Responsibility

Unless expressly stated otherwise, HOA Gallery is not the organizer, host, sponsor, or official representative of any third-party program or event listed on the website. The event organizer is solely responsible for the event, including its content, arrangements, registrations, fees, ticketing, permissions, safety, scheduling, cancellations, and any commitments made to attendees.

3. Accuracy of Submitted Information

The person or organization submitting an event must ensure that all submitted information, images, logos, descriptions, dates, locations, and contact details are accurate and authorized for publication. HOA Gallery reserves the right to edit, decline, update, or remove a listing where necessary.

4. No Guarantee or Endorsement

Publication of an event on HOA Gallery does not constitute an endorsement, verification, recommendation, or guarantee of the event or its organizer. Visitors should independently verify event details with the relevant organizer before registering, purchasing tickets, making payments, or attending.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

The person submitting an event confirms that they own or have permission to use all submitted text, photographs, artwork, logos, and other materials. HOA Gallery does not intend to infringe third-party intellectual property, publicity, or other legal rights. Submission of content does not transfer ownership of that content to HOA Gallery.

6. Requesting Removal of a Listing

If you are an event organizer, authorized representative, copyright owner, or other rights holder and believe that an event listing should be corrected or removed, please email claim@hoagallery.in.

Please include the event title, the webpage URL, your name and contact details, your relationship to the event or content, and the reason for your request. Where appropriate, include evidence of your authority or ownership so that we can review the claim.

HOA Gallery will review removal requests and may contact the requester for additional information. Where appropriate, we may correct, temporarily restrict, or remove the listing following review. Submitting a claim does not guarantee immediate removal.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HOA Gallery is not responsible for the organization, conduct, quality, availability, cancellation, or outcome of third-party events, nor for disputes or losses arising from a visitor's dealings with an event organizer. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes to These Terms

HOA Gallery may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this page will apply to event submissions made under the updated terms.
