Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort it out. Original art cannot be returned simply because it has been changed your mind, but it is absolutely covered if it arrives damaged or does not match what was listed.

- Write to usSend it all to order@hoagallery.in with your order number.
- We investigateWe compare the complaint against the listing and the packing video.
- We resolve itRepair, replacement or refund, depending on what happened.
Where a courier caused the damage, we handle the claim with them. That is our job, not yours.
