We accept UPI, part payment and cash on delivery. UPI is the usual route and goes directly to the artist or the gallery, so nothing is held by a third party.
Paying in full by UPI
We send a UPI request or a QR code once the order is confirmed. Send us the reference number and we confirm within the working day.
Part payment
An advance secures the piece and the balance is paid before dispatch. We will confirm the split in writing before anything is charged.
Cash on delivery
Available for many locations. We confirm when you order, since it depends on the courier serving your address.
We never ask for card details, OTPs or passwords, by phone or on WhatsApp. If a message claims to be from us and asks for those, do not reply — send it to order@hoagallery.in.
